Our Work

We take pride in having the opportunity to work with some of the best companies in the world. With a balanced focus on the user experience and the business objectives, we're creating sites that deliver real results!

Some of our clients include:

USDA Forest Service

www.fs.fed.us
The USDA had a growing audience that needed to be constantly informed and updated on current and developing projects within the Forest Service. Because of the frequently evolving information in the field, USDA needed extra help in managing and organizing their Appeals and Objections content in a way that would best benefit their audience. Pairing up with partner company, Phase One Consulting, they formulated and an overall Internet strategy for the Forest Service's Appeals and Objections database while PilotNorth implemented a Stellent CMS, a XML web services application spanning multiple databases, a streamlined information architecture, and enhanced overall functionality. This innovation not only allowed specific subject matter experts to maintain content in real-time, but allowed them to be able to provide more accurate and timely information to site visitors.

BridgeStreet Worldwide

When BridgeStreet Worldwide approached PilotNorth, their old website gave the appearance that they were a small, unestablished business. BridgeStreet not only needed a sleeker image, they needed a platform to seamlessly integrate their internally hosted applications with their website. The redesigned website has proven to be a powerful marketing tool for BridgeStreet. The Orchid CMS platform is fully integrated with BridgeStreet existing legacy database applications and e-marketing tools. The redesigned site gives BridgeStreet a web presence that potential and existing clients can trust, opening the door for BridgeStreet to develop new and improved customer engagements.

Riecken Foundation

www.riecken.org
The Riecken Foundation had a web presence dedicated to their mission of building a multitude of libraries in Central America. However, the Foundation's website, with content in both Spanish and English, had grown to be unmanageable and lacked a logical information architecture. Pairing up with partner company Blank Communications, PilotNorth integrated a new front-end redesign, improved the Foundation's custom CMS, and created an engaging Flash application. With a fresher design and enhanced functionality, the Riecken Foundation now has a reliable source for the information on the Foundation's continuing library construction projects.
